United States v. Trump, et al. (23-CR-80101-AMC)

The Motion Hearings set for Wednesday, May 22, 2024, will commence at 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. in the Fort Pierce Division before United States District Judge Aileen M. Cannon. Courtroom seating will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Registration for the hearing will be in the Central Jury Room located in the second floor from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Reporters must be present with their credentials to be registered for that days hearings. Media priority will be given to reporters on the Court’s current pre-approved media list. Reporters not on the pre-approved media list will be treated in the same manner as members of the public. Name swapping and/or substitutions will not be permitted. The number of available seats in the courtroom will be determined on the day of the hearing. Overflow viewing will be provided in the Central Jury Room. The names of the reporters who are registered along with members of the public will be called at 9:30 a.m. for the 10:00 a.m. hearing. You must be present at the time your name is called to be considered for courtroom seating.

Members of the public are not required to pre-register like members of the media. Valid identification is required to enter the courthouse. Once inside, members of the public can register in the Central Jury Room to be considered for courtroom seating. Members of the public who are not selected for courtroom seating can watch the hearing from the overflow room.

The Central Jury Room will open again at 12:30 p.m. for the afternoon hearing scheduled for 1:30. The names of the reporters who are registered along with members of the public will be called at 1:00 p.m. You must be present at the time your name is called to be considered for courtroom seating.

 

REMINDER: Electronic devices are not currently permitted in the Fort Pierce Courthouse. This prohibition applies to all reporters and the public. Please monitor this website for updates.
